Carly R. Glaser was born and raised in New City, New York. Carly’s passion for the legal field began in high school while taking a Business Law class offered through a local college. She grew up as a competitive student-athlete, which lead her to play Division 1 Women’s Soccer at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. She further pursued her interest in law by majoring in Legal Studies with a minor in Psychology. Carly graduated magna cum laude a semester early and received a Scholar-Athlete Award all four years of being a collegiate athlete. In her senior year, Carly clerked for the Medical Malpractice Group of a respected defense firm in New Haven, Connecticut and went on to work for them in a research capacity after her winter graduation.
Carly then moved to Tallahassee, Florida to attend Florida State University College of Law. The summer after her 1L year, she clerked at a plaintiff’s firm in Delray Beach focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. The next summer, she was in an associate program at a defense firm in Fort Lauderdale working on a variety of cases from premises liability to medical malpractice to business litigation. Carly joined the Osborne & Francis team in the Fall of her 3L year and has enjoyed learning the intricacies of mass tort and medical device litigation. She graduated from Florida State University College of Law in April 2021 and recently passed the Florida Bar.
In her free time, Carly enjoys staying active by playing in soccer and softball leagues, spending time with family, and enjoying the Florida sunshine!
